I connect through effective communication. A gifted communicator, I speak, write, facilitate and use the tools and techniques of improv to engage others and highlight human nature, conflict, connection and creativity. I’m passionate about connecting people with their ideas and creativity.

Blessed with a strong instinct to listen and skilled at making others feel heard, I’m sought after to facilitate board retreats, sales conferences and brainstorming sessions. I’ve been called a “Pracademic” mixing the real world experience backed by evidence-based science in everything I do. My years at Second City in Toronto served me well and graduating from the Conservatory was a game changer. Improv taught me to think on my feet, deal with unpredictable situations and become intuitively agile, on stage and in life.
